Important information regarding our clinic policies, safety requirements, and booking procedures.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your treatment to ensure we have adequate time to provide safe and effective care, and a late fee may apply.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit. Repeated no-shows may require full pre-payment for any future bookings at our clinic.
